2021 Hyundai Santa Fe price and release date

The Hyundai Santa Fe is on sale now, price from £40,250. That bags you a Premium trim car, with standard features including 17-inch alloy wheels and full LED head- and brake lights.

Inside, you’ll find both front seats are electrically adjustable, plus there’s dual-zone climate control and a heated steering wheel. Other goodies include keyless go, a 10.25-inch infotainment system that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, as well as adaptive cruise control.

You can have the Santa Fe in Premium or Ultimate trims

You can move up to Ultimate trim if you want more kit, which costs from £43,815. This builds on Premium by adding a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display, a head-up display, a 360-degree parking camera and self-parking tech – handy if you find it tricky to parallel-park a large SUV.

Opt for Ultimate models and you can tack on a ‘Luxury Pack’ as well. This adds Nappa leather interior bits, a faux leather dashboard and some brushed aluminium trim pieces.

2021 Hyundai Santa Fe engines

You can choose between a conventional hybrid or a plug-in hybrid

Every new Hyundai Santa Fr comes with a hybrid engine as standard. You can pick a 230hp conventional hybrid, which uses its engine to charge the on-board battery, or a 265hp plug-in hybrid.

Both versions come with a six-speed automatic gearbox. The conventional non-plug-in hybrid cars come with front- or four-wheel drive, while plug-in hybrid models get four-wheel drive as standard.
