2021 Fiat Panda update revealed: price, specs and release date

October 23, 2020 by

The aging Fiat Panda has been given a nip and tuck in time for 2021, and it’s now available as a new Sport model.

  • New Panda costs from £11,895
  • 85hp and 75hp engines
  • Two and four-wheel drive
  • New Sport model available
  • Revised trim levels
  • On sale in November 2020

The Fiat Panda might not be the most glamorous supermini out there, but it’s still a great all-rounder. And, Fiat hopes its new 2021 model will help tempt you away from the likes of a Hyundai i10, VW Up and Kia Picanto thanks to some visual upgrades.

You can choose from two engines in your new Fiat Panda. There’s an 85hp 0.9-litre two-cylinder petrol engine in Panda 4×4 models and a 75hp 1.0-litre mild-hybrid petrol engine across the rest of the range.

This City Life model comes with alloy wheels and a few interior upgrades.

Fiat Panda Life, City Life and Wild 4×4 – from £11,895

As standard, the Fiat Panda Life comes with 14-inch steel wheels, air conditioning and a stereo with DAB digital radio and Bluetooth compatibility. This model costs from £11,895.

If you want a little more equipment (and you almost certainly do), you’ll need to upgrade to a £12,595 City Life model. These come with 15-inch alloy wheels, black exterior trim pieces, a leather multifunction steering wheel and a smartphone cradle built into the dashboard. Wild 4×4 versions come with the same equipment as City Life models but add four-wheel drive and extra underbody protection. They cost £16,295.

This Fiat Panda Sport comes with bigger wheels and red brakes, but it’s no faster than standard.

Fiat Panda Sport – from £13,295

Sport versions come with 16-inch alloy wheels, red brake callipers, tinted windows and an exclusive optional matte grey paint finish. Inside, you get different seats with black upholstery and a leather steering wheel with red stitching. They cost £13,295.

Cross 4×4 cars come with tougher-looking bumpers and four-wheel drive.

Fiat Panda City Cross and Cross 4×4 – from £13,995

City Cross versions cost £13,995 and come with 15-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights, climate control and silver contrasting stitching for the seats. Cross 4×4 versions cost £17,995 and get four-wheel drive, rear parking sensors, red tow hooks, dashboard trim made from recycled wood and seats made from 37% recycled fabric.
