The entry-level F-Pace comes with LED headlights, 19-inch alloys, a heated steering wheel, heated seats, an 11.4-inch touchscreen display and a 360-degree camera, so it's really well equipped and may be all you need.

S models are the sportiest in the F-Pace range, so they come with huge 20-inch alloy wheels, uprated brakes and sporty bumpers. They also get Jaguar’s adaptive dampers, so their suspension is more comfortable than the setup you get in other models. Kit levels are also healthy, so you get 10-way electrically adjustable sports seats, a leather interior, aluminium trim pieces, keyless entry and a 380W Meridian sound system.

The R-Dynamic range comes with mostly the same kit as the basic range but looks sportier. The S has 19-inch alloys along with the R-Dynamic bodykit and a 11.4-inch touchscreen with smartphone connectivity.

The R-Dynamic SE model has larger alloy wheels than the R-Dynamic S, at 20 inches, as well as keyless entry and blind-spot monitoring.

An 11.4-inch touchscreen with smartphone connectivity, heated seats, and a 360-degrees parking camera are the name of the game on R-Dynamic Black models, as are the panoramic sunroof and rear privacy glass this spec comes with. Suitably, this trim level gets the sporty bodykit from the R-Dynamic model, and enhances it with glossy black alloys, wing mirror covers and front grille surrounds.

Choose the top-spec R-Dynamic HSE model for the sportiest-looking F-Pace you can get (aside from the SVR), with 21-inch alloys as standard. There's also adaptive cruise control and suede headlining.

The F-Pace SVR comes with a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine producing 550hp. It also comes with upgraded brakes, 21-inch alloy wheels and more aggressively styled bumpers than the standard F-Pace along with an active exhaust to subdue or amplify the sound of the SVR's engine. Inside, you get perforated leather sports seats and a touchscreen infotainment display with Jaguar's own smartphone-mirroring apps.
