Icon models are a massive improvement over basic Active versions. They come with alloy wheels, a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with DAB digital radio, a leather-trimmed steering wheel, cruise control, road sign assist and a reversing camera as standard. If you want satellite navigation, however, you’ll have to pick an Icon Tech model.

Design versions are based on Icon models – so feature the same seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system – but add dual-zone air conditioning, 16-inch alloy wheels, tinted side windows, remodelled bumpers and a small rear spoiler on the bootlid as standard.

The Toyota Yaris GR-Sport comes with 17-inch black alloy wheels, a new black grille and black door trims alongside a small rear spoiler and black door mirror caps. You also get rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlights, road-sign recognition, a reversing camera, dual-zone air conditioning a leather-trimmed steering wheel and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with built-in Bluetooth connectivity.

Range-topping Excel models come with 16-inch alloy wheels, partial leather and suede-like Alcantara seats, a reversing camera, electric front and rear windows and a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system with DAB digital radio as standard. Unlike Icon Tech models, they don’t come with satellite navigation as standard.
